Up for sale is this Springfield Musket dated 1836. It is in good condition with pitting on metal surfaces. Action is functional - it is pissing the nipple for the percussion cap. This was originally a flintlock musket but it was converted to percussion use during the Civil War. Very cool piece of history! Pictures accurately reflect condition. This is not legally a firearm and does not require an FFL transfer.
